No. Only an accredited certification body can certify your organisation. In the UAE, look for one accredited by EIAC or another IAF member. Certification has two stages: a Stage 1 audit reviews your documented system, and a Stage 2 audit checks that it works in practice. After that come yearly surveillance audits and recertification every three years. Our training prepares your team to implement, document and internally audit the system so you're ready for those audits.
Yes, for now. ISO published the new edition, ISO 9001:2026, in September 2026. Existing 2015 certificates remain valid during a transition period, expected to be three years, after which audits move to the new edition. The 2026 revision keeps the same clause structure and adds emphasis on areas such as quality culture and ethical behaviour. That means 2015-based training remains the foundation, and we cover the changes you'll need for the transition.
You can pick exactly the ones your team needs. Most organisations start with Awareness for all staff and Documentation for the people writing the system. Then they add the Implementation Workshop, and finally Internal Auditor and Corrective Action training for the people who will audit it, since certification bodies expect to see internal audits before Stage 2.
Only if you're in the medical device supply chain. ISO 13485 is the quality standard for organisations that design, make, distribute, service or supply parts and services for medical devices, such as contract manufacturers and sterilisation providers. If you're not in that chain, ISO 9001 is the right standard.
