Course durations, schedules, syllabus outlines and exam details on this Site describe what we currently offer and what the relevant credential bodies currently require. Both change. Nothing on this Site forms part of a contract to deliver a course on particular terms — the details that bind us are the ones confirmed to you in writing when you enrol, including fees, payment plans, scheduling and any refund or transfer arrangements.

3. Free consultations

A free consultation is exactly that: a conversation about which course suits your circumstances, with no obligation and no charge. Any guidance given on eligibility, exam timing or study planning is advisory. Eligibility for a credential is determined solely by the body that awards it.

4. Educational content, not professional advice

We reference them to describe the credentials we prepare candidates for. That reference does not imply those bodies endorse, sponsor or are affiliated with us, except where we state a specific approval explicitly.

Where we link to a credential body, regulator or other external site, we do so because it's a useful primary source. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we can't accept liability for loss arising from reliance on information here that has since changed.
