Who this is for

Is this programme right for you?

Built for professionals and teams who recognise themselves below.

Safety officers, HSE coordinators and site supervisors responsible for keeping operations compliant and incident-free.

Engineers, technicians and operators in oil & gas, construction, manufacturing or food-industry environments with real occupational hazards.

Managers and executives who need working knowledge of safety leadership and risk management, not just the team member who holds the HSE title.

Organisations formalising an internal safety culture who want their team trained against recognised frameworks like NEBOSH and IOSH.

Why it matters

What you gain from this programme

Built for high-risk industries

The range spans oil & gas, construction and food safety — covering the specific hazards your industry actually faces, not generic office safety.

Based on recognised frameworks

Specialisations are built around internationally known safety frameworks — including NEBOSH and IOSH methodology — so the vocabulary and structure match what auditors and regulators expect.

From awareness to leadership

Whether your team needs frontline hazard-identification skills or safety leadership for senior executives, the range covers both ends of the organisation.

Reduce real operational risk

Accident investigation, emergency response planning and process hazard analysis are built to reduce the incidents that cost businesses money, downtime and reputation.

FAQ

Health & Safety Training — your questions answered

Match it to each person's role first, then to your industry. Frontline workers need hazard awareness, such as IOSH Working Safely. Supervisors and line managers need to run risk assessments and investigate incidents, such as IOSH Managing Safely. Dedicated HSE officers need a professional-level qualification such as the NEBOSH International General Certificate. Senior leaders need IOSH Safety for Senior Executives. On top of that, add the industry specialisations: HAZOP and process safety for oil and gas, rigging, lifting and crane safety for lifting operations, and HACCP for food businesses.

Three ways: on campus in Sharjah, live online, or in-house at your site. Knowledge-based programmes work well online. Hands-on skills such as first aid, rigging, slinging, banksman duties and crane safety need in-person practical sessions, which we usually run at your site with your own equipment. We confirm duration and scheduling on your consultation call.

Yes. Official NEBOSH and IOSH certificates are issued by those bodies only after their own assessment. For the NEBOSH International General Certificate, that's an online open-book exam plus a practical workplace risk assessment. IOSH Managing Safely is usually about three days of training, followed by a multiple-choice test and a workplace risk assessment project. Before you enrol, we confirm in writing which specialisations lead to an official NEBOSH or IOSH certificate and which award a Millennium Academy certificate.
