Is this course right for you?

This programme is built for professionals who recognise themselves below.

Accountants who prepare and issue invoices every day and need to know what changes under eInvoicing.

VAT professionals and tax advisers who will be asked how eInvoicing affects VAT invoices, credit notes and returns.

Auditors who review invoicing controls, records and data retention.

Finance managers leading their company's move to eInvoicing before its deadline.

Why it matters

Why take this course?

Deadlines are already set

Businesses with revenue of AED 50 million or more must appoint an ASP by 30 October 2026 and go live on 1 January 2027. Everyone else follows in 2027.

A PDF is no longer an eInvoice

Under the UAE framework, a PDF, Word file, scan or emailed invoice does not count. You learn what a structured eInvoice is and how it moves through the system.

VAT and eInvoicing together

A full module covers tax invoices, credit notes, zero-rated, exempt and reverse-charge supplies inside eInvoices. This is where most errors happen.

Choose an ASP with confidence

Learn what an Accredited Service Provider does, how it differs from your ERP, and which commercial and technical points to check before you sign.

Avoid penalties

Cabinet Decision No. 106 of 2025 sets fines such as AED 5,000 per month for failing to implement the system on time. Knowing the rules early avoids them.

Leave with a readiness checklist

The course ends with a readiness review and a go-live workshop, so you leave with a checklist you can use in your own business or with clients.

FAQ

E-Invoicing — your questions answered

It is the full version of our e-invoicing training: 10 modules over 10 to 15 hours. Alongside the framework and deadlines, it covers PINT AE data fields, a full VAT module, ASP selection, six accounting and ERP scenarios, a readiness review and an implementation workshop.

Yes, in phases. Voluntary adoption opened on 1 July 2026. Businesses with revenue of AED 50 million or more must go live on 1 January 2027, businesses below that on 1 July 2027, and government entities on 1 October 2027. Each group must appoint an Accredited Service Provider before its go-live date.

No. Under the UAE framework, a PDF, Word document, scan, image or emailed invoice is not an eInvoice. An eInvoice is structured data in the PINT AE format, exchanged through Accredited Service Providers and reported to the FTA.

Cabinet Decision No. 106 of 2025 sets the fines. Examples include AED 5,000 for each month a business fails to implement the system on time, and AED 100 per eInvoice not issued on time (capped at AED 5,000 a month). We cover the full list in Module 2.

No. The course is written for finance and accounting people. Technical terms such as Peppol, XML, TDD and MLS are explained in plain language, so you can work confidently with your IT team, ERP vendor or ASP.

The VAT course teaches how to calculate and report VAT. This course covers how invoices must be structured, exchanged and reported under eInvoicing, and how VAT rules apply inside them. Both work well together.

Yes. The course is available as corporate training, online or at your office, and we can use your own invoice samples in the workshop.
