AI for Business Owners is a one-day workshop for owners of small and medium businesses. It covers building a business-aware AI project, applying it to daily workflows, and leaving with one live automation running. Millennium Academy runs it in Sharjah, live online or in-house.

Building your business's AI brain

Set up a ChatGPT or Claude Project loaded with your business context — services, pricing, tone of voice, common questions — so every answer it gives is already relevant to you.

Applying it to daily workflows

Use the project for the tasks that eat your week — quotes, proposals, supplier messages, social captions, customer replies.

Designing content and customer touchpoints

Produce on-brand marketing material and WhatsApp Business responses drawing on the same business context, without re-explaining yourself every time.

One live automation, built in the room

Set up one real automation — for example, a form submission that saves to a sheet and sends an instant WhatsApp or email reply — that keeps running after the session ends.

Make — An automation platform that connects apps and moves data between them on a trigger, without writing code.
NotebookLM — Google's research assistant, which answers questions strictly from documents you upload — useful when answers must stay inside your own material.
